Meet Ping
Yoga is a space to slow down, reconnect, and feel at home in your body. My classes are designed to help you move with awareness, breathe with intention, and release tension—supporting both physical ease and a calmer, more balanced nervous system.
My teaching philosophy is simple: Yoga is for every body.
I teach as a guide, holding space for you to explore movement at your own pace. With a focus on alignment, functional movement, and mindful breathing, each practice builds sustainable strength, flexibility, and inner calm in a supportive Chiang Mai studio environment.
With over 10 years of teaching experience and RYT 500 certification, my classes are grounded in anatomically informed yoga practice in Northern Thailand.
